Chef David’s Wedding Process
Chef David’s does things a little differently than what you will find at most other caterers. We believe that your event should reflect your originality and personality. We want your guests to remember the incredible food and uniqueness of your special event.
Talk
We’ll schedule a phone interview with our event planners to get started learning the details of your event, what you’re interested in, and establish your budget goals. We will meet with you to learn your tastes and discuss any family food traditions you might want to incorporate. We will also ask about any special food sensitivities or preferences during our initial call.
Create
After our initial conversations, our event staff and chefs get to work searching and selecting the right pairings just for you. If there are family favorite recipes, or special requests, this is the research time we use to perfect it for full scale preparation and transportation to a venue. We’ll take all of the information we gathered and put together the perfect menu for your event.
Taste
When you have reviewed and approved the menu proposal, we schedule a private tasting session for up to four people to taste the food you have selected and experience our premium service quality. We’ll talk about each item and get your feedback about any adjustments to the preparations. Once it meets your approval, you sign the contract and your big day is locked into our calendar!
Celebrate
As your event draws near, we will keep in touch to make sure we are up to date on your overall event plans. When your day arrives, we’ll be ready to help you celebrate!
